The math behind the results.
- Expected bookings = inquiries × booking rate.
- Estimated revenue = expected bookings × average job value.
- Gross contribution = estimated revenue × gross margin.
- Contribution after marketing = gross contribution − advertising − entered agency and tool costs.
- Break-even bookings = entered marketing costs ÷ contribution per job.
Read the assumptions first.
This assumes every projected booking becomes a completed job at the same average value and margin. Actual cancellations, timing, service mix and capacity can change the outcome. Fractional bookings are an expected value, not a bookable job.
Contribution is not net profit. Fixed overhead, taxes, refunds, setup fees and costs you have not entered are excluded. Revenue divided by ad spend is ROAS; it is not profit-based ROI. Zero denominators show “Not defined.”
