How we show up

Clear priorities. Honest measurement. Useful work.

  • Moving expertise in the details

Service coverage, route qualification, crew capacity and estimate follow-up are part of the brief. A moving business deserves a strategy that reflects how it actually works.

  • A connected plan

Campaigns, content and landing pages should reinforce each other. We define responsibilities and channel priorities around a shared commercial purpose.

  • Evidence before a claim

We distinguish inquiries from qualified opportunities and bookings. We report data limitations and do not fill gaps with fabricated results or guaranteed rankings.

  • Your business stays in control

You approve business facts, creative and agreed campaign scope. Account ownership, access and communication expectations are addressed during onboarding.

How we work

Every stage ends with a clear decision.

  1. Audit

Define the jobs, markets and operating capacity the marketing should support.

  2. Research

Understand the demand and alternatives in the markets you actually serve.

  3. Strategy

Connect channel roles, scope and economics before execution starts.

  4. Build

Make the path from discovery to delivered inquiry dependable.

  5. Launch

Start the agreed work with controlled scope and visible checks.

  6. Optimize & scale

Use qualified outcomes to choose the next useful improvement.

Who you work with

One team. Only moving companies.

  • Run by Growth Key

MoverFuel is run by Growth Key, the marketing agency named in our header. The same team plans and manages your campaigns, search work and website.

  • Only moving and storage

We work only with moving and storage companies across the United States, so every brief starts with your service areas, crews and estimates.

  • People make the calls

AI supports research, analysis and approved workflows. People remain responsible for the strategy, claims and decisions.

Why choose MoverFuel

Who we work with

A good fit for the next stage.

We focus on established moving companies with a local reputation, operational capacity and a willingness to invest in sustainable acquisition. The first conversation is about your goals and the constraints we need to understand.

Start with a free growth audit

Most agencies send moving companies a report full of clicks and call it growth. Clicks don’t fill a truck. So we track your marketing to the estimate requests it brings in and the moves they become, say plainly what the data can and can’t show, and measure our work the way you measure your business: in booked moves.

Meet the team

The people behind your growth plan.

MoverFuel is run by Growth Key. These are the people who plan, build and manage the work, plus the office’s chief morale officer.

  • Portrait of Shawn

    Shawn

    CEO & Founder

Sets the strategy on every account and keeps the work pointed at what a moving company is paying for: more booked moves.

  • Portrait of David

    David

    Co-Founder

Builds the systems behind delivery, so growth comes from a process the whole team follows rather than from anyone working late.

  • Portrait of Tom

    Tom

    Director of Marketing

Runs campaigns day to day and holds them to the numbers a moving business runs on: qualified estimates and booked jobs, not slide-deck metrics.

  • Portrait of Kris

    Kris

    Director of Operations

Owns the timelines, systems and handoffs that take a signed agreement to live campaigns on schedule.

  • Portrait of Donald

    Donald

    Director of Paid Search

Works the search accounts down to the individual query, cutting spend on searches that never become moves and shifting budget to the ones that do.

  • Portrait of Bianca

    Bianca

    Director of Paid Social

Leads the creative and audience strategy behind every social campaign and judges it by what a new customer costs, not by what the ad cost to make.

  • Portrait of Cliff

    Cliff

    PPC Manager

Handles the daily mechanics of paid search, from bids and negative keywords to budget pacing: the unglamorous details that decide whether a strategy holds.

  • Portrait of Sam

    Sam

    Web Designer

Designs the pages your ads land on, judging layout, hierarchy and load time by one test: whether the visit becomes an estimate request.

  • Portrait of CJ

    CJ

    Chief Happiness Officer

Treats the job with total dedication: belly rubs on request, a wagging tail at every standup and morale kept high through launch week.

What happens during the free growth audit?

The audit is a starting assessment of your website, visibility, acquisition channels and path from inquiry to booking. Share your services, coverage, capacity and the problem you want to solve. Public information can reveal conversion friction or unclear service messaging; private account data is needed to investigate actual spend and lead outcomes. The useful output is a prioritized set of issues and next steps, not a guaranteed result or a live scan of every AI system. More detailed implementation belongs in an agreed scope.

How involved does the owner need to be?

The owner needs to set business priorities and appoint someone who can approve work and share operational feedback. You do not need to edit every ad, but someone must confirm which moves are profitable, where you can serve and when crews are full. A weekly availability update from operations may matter more than another creative review. Agree approval deadlines and escalation paths in the scope. Delayed decisions or missing booking outcomes limit what any marketing team can responsibly optimize.

Can MoverFuel work alongside our in-house marketing staff?

A shared arrangement can make sense when responsibilities are explicit. Discuss the division of work in your proposed scope. For example, your team might own local relationships and crew photography while an agency manages search campaigns, technical work and reporting. Agree who approves copy, changes budgets, updates service availability and maintains the CRM. Two teams making uncoordinated changes to the same account create confusion. An agency does not automatically replace the internal knowledge, sales accountability or operational decisions your business needs.

How long will onboarding and campaign launch take?

Timing depends on access, verification, tracking, creative approvals and the work needed before traffic can be handled reliably. Ask for a milestone plan with dependencies rather than assuming every account can launch on a fixed date. Existing campaigns with sound tracking may need less preparation than a new account and website. For movers, test click-to-call, estimate routing and available service dates before spending. MoverFuel has not published a universal onboarding or launch-time commitment, so confirm the schedule in the proposal.

Is advertising account access the same as ownership?

No. Being able to view or edit an account does not necessarily give you control of billing, user administration, associated assets or export rights. Before hiring any provider, document which business controls each account and what happens at exit. Use named invitations and appropriate roles rather than sharing a personal password. A moving company's phone numbers, domain and lead history deserve the same attention as its campaign settings. MoverFuel's existing copy recommends business ownership, but a recommendation should not be mistaken for a signed guarantee covering every asset.

Should I choose a moving-industry specialist or a general agency?

Choose the team that can demonstrate both sound marketing execution and an understanding of your moving economics. Specialization helps only when it changes the work. Ask how they separate local and interstate demand, screen origin and destination, and respond when crews are full. A capable generalist can learn those details; a specialist should already know which questions to ask. Compare actual account access, deliverables, reporting definitions and relevant evidence. A large list of industries served or a moving-only label does not establish competence by itself.
